Mattias Ljungman - Atomico

Mattias Ljungman is the founder of Atomico, a Venture Capital firm that helps its portfolio companies to scale globally.

Several of his exits such as Supercell ($3bn in 2013), The Climate Corporation ($1.1bn in 2013) and Xobni (acquired by Yahoo) achieved unicorn status when Atomico sold parts to outside investors.

Before launching Atomico, Mattias was the head of investments at CLS Holdings where he was responsible for the sale of Sit Up TV for $360 million in 2005, and held previous roles working in M&A consultancy at LEK and in fund management at Valu-Trac. He holds a Masters from the Stockholm School of Economics and a BA with Honors from McGill University.
