Eric Schmidt - Alphabet/Google

Eric is an American software engineer, businessman and the executive chairman at Alphabet, the parent company of Google.

He started his career as software manager at Sun Microsystems. He left this company as CEO and chief technology officer. At Sun he was responsible for the development of the programming language Java.

Eric was CEO of Google Inc. from 2001-2011. He is currently member and the Executive Chairman of Google’s board of directors. The software engineer is also a former director of Apple Inc. where he also worked as a designer, manufacturer and marketer of personal computers and related products.
